Shuttle service during SAB meeting 2025

Dear MPI-IS colleagues, 

Our Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) meeting will take place from Wednesday, April 9 to Friday April 11, 2025, at our institute sites in Stuttgart and Tübingen.  

 

Everyone should plan to be at the institute during the SAB meeting.

 

The SAB meeting activities will take place in Tübingen on Wednesday, April 9, and in Stuttgart on Thursday, April 10. Please be sure to mark your calendar for both days.

 

Shuttle services will be provided by the institute. 

 

The shuttle-plan is as follows:

 

Wednesday, April 2, 2025 (Stuttgart facilities tour & poster rehearsal session)

10:30 Tübingen to Stuttgart 

16:00 Stuttgart to Tübingen 

 

Wednesday, April 9, 2025 (scientific talks)

12:00 Stuttgart to Tübingen

16:15 Tübingen to Stuttgart 

 

Thursday, April 10, 2025 (scientific talks, meetings, poster session, and networking event)

9:00 Tübingen to Stuttgart

15:30 Tübingen to Stuttgart (poster session)

 

18:30 Stuttgart to Tübingen 

20:00 Stuttgart to Tübingen
